Our standard dinner party package is designed for couples and groups of 10+ guests. Each package includes a selection of appetizers, sides, and two entrees. If you have menu preferences beyond the selections listed below, kindly inform us during your initial consultation call. We will gladly discuss a customized menu for your event needs.

Salmon (Teriyaki Glazed or Herb Marinated)
Colossal Shrimp folded in a white wine, garlic, butter sauce, or housemade alfredo sauce over linguine

Vegetables: Asparagus, Sauteed Spinach, Brussel Sprouts, or Salad

The standard package is customizedper person. For groups smaller than 10 or for customized menu options, tailored pricing can be explored during our consultation process. Additional holiday pricing will apply.
To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required immediately for that date via our secure invoicing system. Final payment must be submitted one week prior to your event. All deposits and monies are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note, there is a “last minute” fee applied to requests placed within 72 hours of the event.
Delivery and Day of Services:
Catering Delivery: Catering delivery starts at $50.00 in the Philadelphia area
Catering Pick Up: Catering can be picked up from the Dorrance Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises (free)
Event Set Up: Catering order delivery and set up (serving materials provided); Price contingent on event type and guest count
Full Private Chef Services: Full-service private chef service menus are customized price point per guest count and traveling location, for on-site preparation and white glove service.
